Water Street project

A public meeting was held on 27 June 2018 at the Arts Centre to present preliminary concepts for a possible Stamford Urban Group project to improve the area between Water Street and the river.

This page presents the concept drawings and illustrations that were prepared before the meeting.

There was a clear consensus at the meeting that the existing sensory garden should be retained.

Following a further meeting with residents, it was decided not to proceed with this project.
