The Civic Society archives hold important and/or interesting documents and information that have been published in past years, but are not necessarily of immediate relevance to the Society's current activities. The archives are divided into a number of sections:
Newsletters since January 2013
AGM minutes, Chairman and Treasurer reports from 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 (this also contains the approved minutes of the 2014 Special General Meeting), 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Minutes of Committee meetings, held approximately once a month, for meetings held in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The 2019 minutes will follow in 2020.
Some of the archives are only available to authorised users with a genuine need to view them. In addition to the electronic information held on this website, paper-based archives are held at the Stamford Museum store for us by Lincolnshire County Council. The Society's electronic responses to planning applications are stored on Google Drive, an online storage system.
